• My fee is $130 per 50-minute session. I also offer a sliding scale rate, so don’t hesitate to reach out if cost is a concern. I believe finances shouldn’t be a barrier to therapy, and we can discuss options that work for you.

  • I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

A superbill is a detailed receipt you can send to your insurance company to request reimbursement. If approved, your insurance will reimburse you directly, as you’ll have already paid for the session.

I recommend contacting your insurance provider to check on your out-of-network benefits and deductible.

Please note that I am not a Medicaid provider. If you have Medicaid, please inform me before we begin working together.

  • While my practice primarily focuses on working with women and teenage girls, I do occasionally work with men and people of all gender identities. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space for everyone, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation. If you're curious about whether we’d be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out or schedule a consultation.

  • I work with teens 16+ and offer a space where they can explore whatever feels important to them, whether that’s navigating issues like interpersonal conflict, self-esteem, disordered eating, or identity, or just finding a way to express themselves through art or play. I aim to create an environment where they feel empowered to decide what they want to focus on.

While some teens come to me because they’re ready for therapy, many are referred by a parent or guardian. For those teens, I require the parent/guardian to be present in the first session, but after that, we’ll have four individual sessions before I bring any adults back into the conversation. Ultimately, it’s always up to the teen to decide if they want their parent to be involved in future sessions.

  • This is one of the most common questions I receive. Many of my clients, just like you, want to heal from eating disorder behaviors without having to go into inpatient or intensive outpatient care. I understand that treatment centers can bring up mixed emotions, and I share in those feelings. My goal is to help you heal in a way that feels right for you, without having to take that step, if possible.

That said, sometimes eating disorders have such a strong hold that more intensive support may be necessary, and it’s important for me to be honest with you if I believe your needs are beyond what can be provided in weekly therapy. This is something we’ll discuss together, as it’s a conversation I take seriously with all my clients.

I have extensive training and experience working with all types of eating disorder behaviors, but healing is complex. The road to full, embodied recovery is nuanced, and while it’s not always easy, it is absolutely possible.

  • For new clients and those not located in Denver, I offer therapy exclusively through virtual sessions. For clients based in Denver, after we've had a few sessions and had the chance to see if it’s a good fit, I offer walk-and-talk therapy. We can meet at City Park and conduct our session outdoors- it's a great way to add movement and a change of scenery to our work together.

  • Unfortunately, I’m only licensed to provide therapy to clients who are located in Colorado.
